- Registration includes bus transportation to race start, t-shirt, finish line refreshments, and live music. Limited to 600 participants- reserve your spot now! Participants must submit a completed registration form and pay a registration fee for qualification. Fees are non-refundable.

The Deckers Creek Trail course is two-surface, providing a challenging, yet enjoyable experience for runners. The trail surface is packed limestone for the first 10.4 miles and asphalt for the final 2.7 miles. The half-marathon begins in Masontown, WV and finishes at the Hazel Ruby McQuain Riverfront Park in Morgantown. There will be seven water stops along the way.

Two Race Starts

8:30 am & 8:45 am
- Buses will leave at 7:30 A.M. for the 8:30 A.M. start.
- Buses will leave at 7:45 A.M. for the 8:45 A.M. start.
Your start time and bus schedule will be posted 3 days prior to the race at www.montrails.org. You are responsible for knowing your start time, you will not be notified.

Race-Day Packet Pick-Up
Packet Pickup will be from 6:30-7:45 AM at Hazel Ruby McQuain Riverfront Park in Morgantown, WV. Transportation will be provided by WVU Hospitals to the Deckers Creek Trailhead in Masontown.
Awards
Custom awards are presented to:
- Overall open class 1st thru 5th male
- Overall open class 1st thru 5rd female
- Top three male finishes in each age group:
19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ - Top three female finishes in each age group:
19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+ - The Caboose Award
- Awards will be announced at 1:00 pm.

Support and race timing will close at 12:00pm. There is one timing clock- those starting at 8:45 A.M. will need to subtract 30 minutes from the timing clock for finish time. A complete listing of times and places will be posted at the finish and available at: iPlayOutside. Race times on iPlayOutside and printed times will reflect correct finish time.
The goal of the Mon River Trails Conservancy (a non-profit 501c3 volunteer organization) is to maintain both trails to the highest standards possible. Your funds help make this possible.

DIRECTIONS
To the Wharf District Parking Garage near Hazel Ruby McQuain Riverfront Park.
Coming from Interstate 79 North:
Take Exit 152, Westover. At the end of the exit ramp, take a left at the light. Follow Route 19 North for about two miles. Cross the Westover Bridge. At the end of the bridge get into the right turning lane and turn right at the light. Follow on South University Avenue for about 1/8th of a mile. Go thru the next light in front of Superior Car Sales. Take the next right after the light. Bear to the right after turning and follow down to parking garage.
Coming from Interstate 79 South:

Take Exit 1, University Avenue. At the end of the ramp take a left. Follow for about two or three miles. You will pass an Exxon on your right at the top of the hill. Follow down the hill past Dorsey's Knob Park. On South University Avenue you will pass Waterfront Hotel on your left. Go thru the light at the hotel. Take the second left after the hotel. Bear to your right and follow down to the parking garage.
